- Preheat oven at 350. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt, and cheese. In another mixing bowl, combine oil, yogurt, and lowfat milk. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just till moistened. Place dough on well floured surface. Using a lightly floured rolling pin, roll out dough till 1/2" thick. Using a cutter of choice, cut out shapes, gently reroll the scraps, to create 12 biscuits. Place biscuits on unprepared baking sheet, spacing 1" apart. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tsp. cheese and bake for 12 to 15 min or possibly till golden brown.
