Ingredientes

  • 4 x Green Onions, Cut Into 3 In. pcs
  • 1 med Zucchini, Cut Into 3 X 1/4 In. Strips
  • 1 med Size Green Pepper, Cut Into 1/4 in. Strips
  • 1 med Size Red Bell Pepper Cut Into 1/4 in. Strips.
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cl Garlic Minched
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely Minced Fresh Basil

Direcciones

  1. Coat A Large Skillet With Cooking Spray; Add in Oil. Place Over Medium- High Heat Till Warm. Add in Garlic; Stir Fry 1 Minutes. Add in Reserved Vegetables; Stir Fry 2 Minutes. Add in Basil. Cover & Reduce Heat. Cook 2 Minutes. Serve Immediately.
