Ingredientes

  • 12 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 6 whl cardamoms (to 8), crushed
  • 1 tsp Saffron
  • 1/4 c. Warm lowfat milk, (extra)
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced pistachios, to garnish

Direcciones

  1. Place the lowfat milk in a heavy sausepan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Keep stirring and simmer till the lowfat milk reduces to one-third its original quantity.
  2. Add in the sugar and simmer for 5 more min. Now add in the crushed cardamoms.
  3. Dissolve the saffron in 1/4 c. warm lowfat milk and add in to the lowfat milk pudding. Stir thoroughly.
  4. Garnish with the minced pistachios. Serve chilled.
