Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 c. Cocoa
  • 1 c. Margarine or possibly butter, softened
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. Kellogg's CORN FLAKES cereal Prepared vanilla frosting

Direcciones

  1. In medium mixing bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, salt and cocoa.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In medium mixing bowl, beat margarine and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla, beat well. Add in dry ingredients and KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES (crushed to 3/4 c.); mix about 2 min. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 F about 12 min or possibly till done. Cold.
  5. When cookies are cold, fill icing bag with frosting and draw bat on each cookie.
  6. HINT: Add in orange coloring to frosting and top with colored sprinkles.
