Batata Talasani (Spicy Potato Straws)

Ingredientes

  • 4 Tbsp. Sunflower oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic, crushed
  • 6 lrg Potatoes, peeled and cut into thin chips Salt
  • 1 tsp Chilli pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil in a wok. Add in the garlic and stir for half a minute. Add in the potato chips and stir-fry till translucent/soft. Add in the salt and chilli pwdr and mix well.
  2. Then add in a little water and cook on a low heat till the potatoes are done to your satisfaction. Serve warm with rotis or possibly as a spicy alternative to chips.
