Receta Batate Bhaji

- Chop potatoes into medium pcs.
- Heat oil in a heavy saucepan.
- Add in seeds, asafoetida, allow to splutter.
- Add in ginger, chillies, garlic, stirfry for 1 minute.
- Add in mint leaves, curry leaves, stir. Add in potatoes.
- Add in salt, turmeric, lemon juice, stir well.
- Cook for 3-4 min or possibly until oil separates.
- Add in coriander, stir gently.
- Serve warm with puris, parathas or possibly phulka. (refer rotis, naans, etc.)
