Ingredientes

  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 4 T cool water or possibly more, if needed
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 T oil
  • 2 egg whites and 2 egg yolks
  • 1 or possibly more lbs. filleted fish

Direcciones

  1. Soak fish for 25 min in salted water. Whisk 2 egg yolks and stir in flour, cold water, salt and oil. Mix all together. Beat 2 egg whites till stiff, fold into flour mix. First dip fish into flour, then into batter, then into flour again and into batter again. Fry in oil till golden.
