Ingredientes

  • 2 c. All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Pwdr
  • 1 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1 1/2 c. Beer Oil, for deep frying
  • 36 med Mushrooms, whole

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour, salt, garlic pwdr, and baking pwdr in medium bowl.
  2. Add in beer and whisk till smooth. Cover and refrigerate30 min. Whisk again, let stand in refrigerator till ready to use.
  3. Heat oil to 375F degrees. Holding stem, dip each mushroom into batter, covering cap completely. Fry in batches till golden. Allow oil to return to 375F degrees before adding next batch. Drain and serve hot.
