Ingredientes

  • 1 c. All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Cornstarch
  • 1 c. Water
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Oil

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together and blend till there are no lumps.
  2. Preheat the oil in your deep fat fryer to the proper temperature for the
  3. food you are cooking. Dry the fish or possibly the vegetables with a paper towel and dip into the batter. Place in the warm oil one piece at a time.
