Bayou Catfish Balls

Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Catfish fillets
  • 1 tsp Warm sauce Salt (to taste) Pepper (to taste)
  • 3 x Large eggs (beaten)
  • 1 1/2 c. Cornmeal Veg. oil

Direcciones

  1. Rub fish with warm sauce, salt and pepper. Set aside for 1 hour or possibly more. Cut fish into bite-size pcs and dip into Large eggs. Roll in cornmeal. Fry quickly in deep fat for 2 or possibly 3 min, or possibly till golden. Drain.
  2. NOTE: Serve warm.
