Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 x Bays english muffins, lightly toasted
  • 1 c. Frzn blueberries, thawed* Crumb topping, (recipe follows)
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/4 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Quick-cooking oats

Direcciones

  1. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla till smooth.
  2. Place about 2 rounded Tbsp. of cream cheese mix on each muffin half. Proportionately arrange blueberries on top of cream cheese. Sprinkle about 2 Tbsp. crumb topping ov^er each muffin. Place muffins on a cookie sheet; bake in a preheated 350 F oven, 20 to 25 min. Cold 30 min before serving.*Fresh blueberries may be substituted
  3. Crumb Topping 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine 2 Tbsp. flour 1/4 c. packed brown sugar 1/4 c. quick-cooking oats
  4. In a small bowl, with pastry blender, cut butter into flour till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in brown sugar and oats. Place about 2 Tbsp. crumb topping on each muffin half.
  5. Serves 6
