Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 x onion, sliced
  • 1 x leek finely minced
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, minced
  • 1 pkt frzn peas
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 can chicken broth
  • 2 can water Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream

Direcciones

  1. Heat margarine in heavy saucepan; add in onion and leek; saute/fry for 5 min
  2. (without browning). Add in lettuce and peas. Mix flour with chicken broth and add in to vegetables. Add in water, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 min after it comes to boil. Cold. Add in cream and put through blender.
  3. Return to saucepan and reheat to serve.
  4. Serves 6.
