Ingredientes

  • 2 x (15-oz) cans small white beans (with liquid)
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 4 tsp chopped fresh onion
  • 2 piece cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt dash pepper dash garlic pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Here's a clone recipe to add in to the table for your July 4 th celebration. Just find yourself a couple cans of the small white beans (not pinto beans or possibly great northern beans), and the rest is easy. Throw all of the ingredients into a casserole dish and let the sucker bake, while you get on with the party.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Pour entire contents of two (15-oz) cans of beans into a covered casserole dish.
  4. Combine the water with the cornstarch in a small bowl till cornstarch dissolves. Stir mix into the beans.
  5. Stir the remaining ingredients into the beans and cover the dish.
  6. Bake for 90 min or possibly till sauce thickens. Stir every 30 min. Let beans sit for 5 - 10 min after removing them from the oven before serving.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
