Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 lb lean boneless chuck roast (2.5 to 3)
  • 1/4 c. tomato ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. dijon-style mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 x garlic clove crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 10 x french rolls or possibly sandwich buns (10 to 12)

Direcciones

  1. Place beef in slow cooker. Combine remainin ingredients, except rolls. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 9 hrs. Chill or possibly prepare sandwiches now. Shred beef by pulling it apart with 2 forks. Add in one c. sauce. Reheat mix in microsave or possibly on stovetop. Spoon on hot, open-face rolls or possibly buns. Top with additional hot sauce if you like.
