Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb grnd beef
  • 1 lrg onion minced
  • 1 x green pepper minced
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 3 x celery stalks minced
  • 1 lrg carrot grated

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat and drain. Place meat in crockpot and add in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs.
  2. Serve on hamburger buns.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
