BBQ Marinade

I marinade pork tenderloin in this over night. BBQ or bake the pork. Then cook the marinade down and thicken it with some corn starch to use it as a sauce.

Ingredientes

  • 1 c Sherry
  • 1 c Ketchup
  • 1/2 c Soy
  • 4 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Dried Minced Onion
  • 3 tbsp Crushed Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger Paste

Direcciones

  1. Mix Sherry, Soy and Ketchup till combined. Dissolve brown sugar into the mixture. Add all other ingredients. Pour over meat and chill.
