Ingredientes

8 x Oysters cleaned, popped open
2 c. Ketchup
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
1 Tbsp. Chopped ginger
1 bn Scallions grilled

Direcciones

Place oysters in shells on grill. Mix next 8 ingredients in a bowl. After 3 to 4 min, remove top shells of oysters and spoon on sauce. Let cook one minute. Garnish with grilled scallions.
