Ingredientes

  • 4 lb Spareribs
  • 1/4 c. Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. Dark rum
  • 2 x Cloves garlic -- crushed
  • 1 c. Brown sugar -- packed
  • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Chili sauce
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce ds Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Wrap ribs in double thickness of foil and bak for 1 1/2 hrs at 350 . Unwrap and drain drippings. Combine all ingredients and pour over ribs.
  2. Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes., basting with sauce, or possibly grill 30 minutes., turning and basting.
