Receta Be My Valentine 3 Cheese Lasagna Rolls
I spent many Valentine's Days at university sitting around with my single friends watching movies and playing video games. Even though they were great friends, I would have preferred going on a date on Valentine's Day.
You're living at college or university, it's Valentine's Day and you are without a Valentine.
What if…
instead of starting the day feeling lonely, you begin the day by taking 10 minutes to mix together a few ingredients such as creamy low-fat cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan, dried basil and chopped frozen broccoli.
Then what if…
you spread that mixture on a fresh lasagna noodle...
rolled it up...
and wrapped those Lasagna Rolls in plastic wrap to store in the fridge.
Now what if…
You went to class and found the nerve to ask that certain someone you recently met (who also happens to be single) if they’d be interested in popping by your place later on to try out a new pasta dish you’re working on.
What if that person said…"Yeah sure"!!!
That’s when you…
Book it home after class
Text your single friends and tell them you can’t hang out tonight
Give a BIG "Thank YOU" to little ole Cupid
Pop the Lasagna Rolls in the microwave (don't forget to remove the plastic wrap first)
Get panicky because you have no wine
Thank Cupid again when that certain someone shows up with a bottle of vino.
Even if "parts" of the plan end up being a complete train wreck, at least you’ll still have your delicious pasta dinner!
Better than sitting at your place (or your friend's house) hungry and lonely...don't you think?
