Ingredientes

  • 3 lbs. country style ribs
  • 1 inch grated peeled ginger root
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Simmer ribs in water to cover till done but not falling off the bone. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over ribs in covered container. Marinate in refrigerator several hrs or possibly overnight, turning occasionally. Grill over warm coals or possibly under broiler, basting with marinade till desired degree of browness.
