Receta Bean Burgers

Ingredientes

2 cans refried beans 1 sm. onion, diced 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 1 egg

2 tbsp. flour Lowfat sour cream Extra virgin olive oil Pita bread

Direcciones

1. Mix first 5 ingredients together and saute/fry in skillet with small amount of extra virgin olive oil. Serve in pita bread and top with a dab of lowfat sour cream.
