Ingredientes

  • 4 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 slc Fresh ginger, minced fine
  • 1/2 x Scallion, minced fine
  • 4 ounce Pork, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce, dark
  • 1 Tbsp. Sherry
  • 4 piece tofu (from block 1/2" thick), cubed
  • 1 tsp Chili paste with garlic
  • 1/8 tsp Sugar (or possibly equilvalent sweetener)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 x Clove garlic, minced fine

Direcciones

  1. Heat 2 Tablespoons of oil in wok. Stir-fry ginger and scallions 30 seconds. Put in port. Stir-fry 1 minute. Add in 1 Tablespoons soy sauce and sherry. Cook 1 minute.
  2. Remove mix to plate.
  3. Heat 2 Tablespoons oil in wok. Put in tofu. Add in 1 Tablespoons soy sauce, stock, chili past and sugar/sweetener.
  4. Put pork mix on top of todu. Cook over high heat 2 min. Add in dissolved cornstarch to thicken (optional). Add in garlic. Stir gently into sauce.
  5. NOTES : May be prepared in advance through step 1, or possibly frzn after step
  6. Reheat prior to serving. [Nutritional values are off due to ingredient list. LC apprx. 8.5 gr per serving.]
