Ingredientes

  • 3 x Pads tofu
  • 8 x Tree ears
  • 2 Tbsp. Peanut oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely minced ginger
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Finely minced garlic
  • 3/4 c. Minced scallions
  • 1 tsp Warm chilies, minced
  • 1/2 c. Cooked fresh peas
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

Direcciones

  1. Cut tofu into 1/2 inch cubes. Soak tree ears in hot water until soft.
  2. Drain & chop coarsely. Heat oil in a wok & when very warm add in ginger, garlic & scallions. Add in tofu, stirring quickly. Add in tree ears, chilies & peas. Stir. Add in sugar & vinegar & toss. Spoon mix into a serving dish & sprinkle with sesame oil. Serve over rice.
