Ingredientes

  • 1 pound can pinto beans or possibly 2 1/2 c.
  • 1 pkg. prepared taco seasoning
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Heat beans and seasoning in saucepan. Pour into blender (or possibly use mixer) and add in cheese and lowfat milk. Blend till smooth and creamy. Serve warm, hot or possibly cool with chips. Keeps for 1-2 weeks in refrigerator if sealed tightly.
