Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. leaf lard
  • 1/8 lb salt pork, minced fine
  • 1 med onion, minced fine
  • 1 clv garlic, minced fine
  • 1 stalk celery, minced fine
  • 2 x fresh tomatoes, peeled and cut into pcs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 quart hot water
  • 2 c. cooked whwite beans
  • 1 c. elbow macaroni
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Roman cheese

Direcciones

  1. Heat lard in sauce pan, add in minced salt port, onion, garlic celery and brown well. Add in tomatoes, salt, pepper, hot water and beans. Cook 5 min. Add in elbow macaroni and cook 8 min longer. Sprinkle with Roman cheese and serve.
