Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Urad dal
  • 3 c. Vegetarian Salt, to taste
  • 1 pch Turmeric

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil, mustard seeds, and urad dal. Roast for a few seconds. Add in vegetables. Sprinkle salt and turmeric. Cook on high heat for a couple of min. Add in coriander pwdr, chili pwdr, and cumin pwdr, (and ginger and garlic if you wish) cover and cook on low till done. For making the potatoes more crisp, add in rice pwdr (arshi maav) and stir it in.
