Ingredientes

  • 1 lb green beans
  • 3 Tbsp. sunflower oil
  • 3 ounce cashew nuts
  • 1 x garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. minced thyme

Direcciones

  1. Slice beans. Boil them in lightly salted water till they are just tender.
  2. Drain them.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Put in the cashew nuts & stir till they are golden. Remove from the skillet. Increase the heat. Put in the beans & garlic. Stir till the garlic begins to brown. Fold in the nuts & thyme & remove the pan from the heat.
