Ingredientes

  • 1 lb French style bread (the firmer the better)
  • 3 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. Pecans
  • 1/4 c. Raisins (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Tear bread into medium pcs. Add in sugar and cinnamon. Mix lowfat milk, lightly beaten Large eggs, and vanilla. Add in to bread mix. Place 1/2 fold in casserole.
  2. Layer pecans and raisins, if used. Top with the rest of the mix.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till lightly brown. Serve hot with Bourbon sauce.
  4. Note: This is a favorite at our Sunday Brunch.
