Ingredientes

  • 3 x cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 c. malty ale stout or possibly porter
  • 3 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. orange juice warm sauce to taste salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl or possibly casserole. Prick the meat all over with a fork before adding it to the bowl and let marinate, covered, for at least four hrs or possibly preferably overnight.
  2. Makes sufficient marinade for 2 to 3 pounds of beef, lamb, pork or possibly chicken.
