Receta Beef, Corn, And Tomatoes

Ingredientes
- 1 pound hamburger
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lg. onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. kernel corn
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Direcciones
- Brown the beef in oil in a fry pan, breaking into bite-size pcs. Add in onion and green pepper. Cook 5 min. Add in remaining ingredients. Stir well and simmer till tender, about 15 to 20 min. Add in more Tabasco, if you like. Serve over rice, or possibly good as a skillet dish all by itself.
