Ingredientes

  • 4 Tbsp. Oil
  • 18 ounce Beef roast,not to lean
  • 1 x Garlic Clove
  • 2 x Onions
  • 2 tsp Paprika Warm
  • 1 x Pepper, red
  • 1 x Pepper, green
  • 9 ounce Carrots
  • 1 x Leek
  • 2 quart Broth, clear
  • 2 c. Rice
  • 2 can Corn,whole cernel
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 bn Parsley,minced

Direcciones

  1. 1.Let the oil get warm in a big pot; cut the meat into cubes and brown in the oil for about 20 min. 2.In the meantime; peel onion and clove and minced finely.
  2. 3.Clean the leek, carrots and the peppers and dice finely. 4.Add in the vegetables to meat and saute/fry shortly and pour in the broth.
  3. Let come to a boil, and add in the rice and let it all simmer 20 min. 5.Add in the corn and let simmer for another 10 min. Season to taste and add in the parsley.Serve with a hearty bread.
