Beef Cube Steak Parmesan

Tried a chicken Parmesan recipe with pre-tenderized cube steaks. Yum!

Ingredientes

  • 4 cube steaks, tenderized
  • 2 cups favorite spaghetti sauce
  • 1 C shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
  • 1/2 C Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 T milk
  • 1/3 C flour
  • 2 tsp. dry basil
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • cooked egg noodles or favorite pasta, cooked al dente
  • oil for frying

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combo eggs and milk.
  3. Mix basil and garlic powder with stuffing.
  4. Dredge steaks in flour, then in egg mix, then roll in stuffing.
  5. Put about an inch of oil in a skillet and fry the cube steaks on medium heat until browned.
  6. Place on paper towels to drain.
  7. Top steaks with Parmesan and Mozzarella.
  8. Place steaks on a pan and het in oven until the cheese melts.
  9. Serve steaks over pasta with spaghetti sauce.
