Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. meat from beef shank, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 2 med. onions, sliced
  • 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. grated American cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Roll meat in flour; brown in warm fat. Add in onion. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cover tightly and cook slowly till tender, about 2 hrs. Makes 6 servings.
