Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Beef Cutlets, thinly sliced
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • 3 c. Italian Bread Crumbs, more in needed Extra virgin olive oil, for frying

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs and water together. Dip beef into egg mix, one at a time, then into bread crumbs, coating well. Heat a large frying pan. Add in sufficient extra virgin olive oil to about 1/4 inch deep. Fry cutlets till well browned on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Add in more oil when frying if necessary.
