Ingredientes

  • 1 c. chili sauce
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. molasses
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • Salt & freshly grnd pepper
  • 1 (2 - 2 1/2 lb.) flank steak

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients with salt and pepper to taste. Place meat in baking dish and pour marinade over. Chill at least 2 hrs, turning meat once or possibly twice. Pan fry or possibly broil to desired degree of doneness. Carve meat by slicing diagonally. Yield: 8.
