- Twenty min before serving, heat butter & oil in saucepan. When mix bubbles, pour into a 2-qt fondue pan. (Oil shouldn't be more than 2-inches deep.) When oil begins to bubble, spear meat with fondue fork & lower into warm oil. Fry for 2-3 min to taste. Dip in sauce.
- Yields 6servings. Mustard Sauce: Combine mustard, butter & Worcestershire in saucepan. Stir till butter melts. Serve warm, but don't allow to boil.
