Beef Fry Rice

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pound steak
  • 4 c. fluffy cooked rice, brown or possibly white
  • 2 bunches green onion with bottoms
  • 1/2 c. minced carrots
  • 1/2 c. green peas
  • 2 hard scrambled Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce to taste
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. Cook rice 2 hrs before preparing dish.
  2. Slice beef into thin bite-size pcs. Saute/fry with 1 Tbsp. oil and then set aside.
  3. In wok add in remaining oil and heat. Add in rice and all remaining ingredients.
  4. Toss ingredients in warm oil with wok spatula while adding soy sauce to taste.
  5. If you like add in 3-4 drops of sesame oil on fried rice. Serves 6. May substitute other meats.
