Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. extra lean grnd beef
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 c. sliced onion
  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c. dry Marsala

  1. About 30 min before serving:
  2. On waxed paper, shape grnd beef into 8 oval patties; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. In 12" skillet over medium heat, cook patties and onion till patties are browned on both sides, about 5 min. Add in mushrooms, Marsala and 1/4 tsp. salt. Reduce heat to low and cook 10 min, stirring occasionally, and turning patties once. To serve, pour sauce over patties. Yield: 8 servings.
