Ingredientes

1 lg. can corned beef
1 onion, minced
Salt and pepper

3 lg. potatoes, diced
Bacon or possibly meat grease (small amount)

Direcciones

Boil potatoes. Add in onion, corned beef and grease. Let cook slow for about 30 min.
