Beef In Mushroom Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Lean joint of beef
  • 4 ounce Mushrooms
  • 1 ounce Bacon or possibly some bacon rind
  • 1 Tbsp. Fat
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 x Gill sour lowfat milk
  • 1 med Onion pn Of pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Gill water

Direcciones

  1. Put piece of beef in warm fat. Add in peeled and sliced mushrooms, minced onions and seasonings. Fry these for a few min before adding the water. Put the lid on and let it cook slowly, till meat is tender. Remove meat and cut it on board into slices about 1/4 inch thick. Add in flour to the pan in that the meat was cooked, stir well and add in the sour lowfat milk.
  2. Arrange the slices of meat on a dish, and pour thick gravy over it before serving. Garnish with boiled macaroni.
