Ingredientes

  • 4 lbs. sirloin, cut in one to two inch pcs

Direcciones

  1. Mix marinade and pour over meat cubes. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Skewer the meat and cook over charcoal (or possibly in oven broiler) 30 min. Baste and turn occasionally (every 10 min).
  2. Pcs of green pepper, small onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes may be used alternately with meat cubes or possibly skewers. Makes 8 kabobs. Approximately 6 to 7 pcs per skewer.
