Receta Beef Kefta

Beef Kefta

The flavors of Morocco are so refined and exotic. Rainbows of color, spice-market smells, an urban orchestra of sounds. Oh my, I believe I may have just added something to my bucket list. A visit to Morocco to places such as Gibraltar, or Marrakesh or even Casablanca. You know that sounds so adventurous.

It all started months ago when I made Harissa for the first time. It lured me into checking out other recipes from this incredible country.

Beef Kefta has so many different spices that I just had to give it a try. I do make my own spin on this beef dish, but I loved the intense flavors it produced.

Beef Kefta

I used some of the Erewhon cereal I received in my Fitbloggin Swag bag from Attune foods. You can use all Panko if you prefer.

One of the biggest complaints and lack of knowledge is that healthier food is bland. But in fact, we all know that robust spices can give you tons of flavor without the fat.

Kefta is packed with the smells of Morocco. You will be making this dish over and over again.

Thanks for stopping by and have a flavorful day.
