Beef Liver In Chile Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 pound beef liver
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can onion soup
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can slices mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. chili sauce

Direcciones

  1. Cook bacon till crisp. Drain on paper towel. Coat liver with flour. Brown on both sides for 1-2 min each till brown. Add in soup, mushrooms and chili sauce. Heat covered for 5 min. Reduce heat halfway and continue to cook till liver is tender. Top with crumbled bacon and serve over rice.
