Receta Beef Livers With Onion Gravy

- Batter liver with flour which is seasoned with salt, pepper and Accent.
- Place on broiler pan, spread butter on top and broil till tender and lightly browned, turn; brown other side.
- Mix water, butter, salt, black pepper, Accent, Tabasco, beef base, brown gravy sauce and onion and simmer till onions are tender. Mix cornstarch with 1/3 c. water and add in to gravy mix.
- Place liver in baking dish and pour gravy mix on top, cover and steam for 35 min. NOTE: Can also be broiled on the grill or possibly in a heavy skillet.
