Ingredientes

  • 5 lb hamburger, not too lean
  • 2 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp mustard seed
  • 2 1/2 tsp coarse pepper
  • 2 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
  • 5 tsp Mortons Tender Quick salt

Direcciones

  1. Mix one day and knead every day for four days (knead about 5 min). On the fifth day put into rolls and bake at 150 degrees for 8 hrs. Bake 4 hrs turn over and bake 4 more hrs. Bake on broiler rack so drippings can drain off. When done wrap in paper towel to soak up grease, then wrap in Handi-wrap. Slice thin and serve. Will freeze well.
