Ingredientes

  • 1-1 1/4 pound grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 1/2-3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerator biscuits
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

Direcciones

  1. Brown grnd beef, onion, green pepper; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, chili pwdr and garlic. Simmer while preparing dough. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Pull each apart into 2 layers. Press 10 biscuit halves over bottom of ungreased 8 inch square pan.Put together 1/2 cup cheese, lowfat sour cream and egg; mix well. Remove meat mix from heat and stir in cheese mix. Spoon over dough. Arrange remaining dough on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min till biscuits are golden brown.
