Beef 'N Biscuit Pie

Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. grnd chuck
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can Hunt's tomato sauce
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 1 (12 ounce.) can corn, liquid removed
  • 1 recipe Bisquick biscuits

Direcciones

  1. Brown chuck and onions in skillet. Drain fat. Add in tomato sauce, mushrooms, salt, chili pwdr and corn mix together.
  2. Take and roll out biscuits. Line bottom and sides of pan. Pour in meat mix.
  3. 9x13 pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 min.
  4. Instead of tomato sauce, fold in stewed tomatoes. Also may be topped with cheese before baking.
