Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 med. onion, minced (about 1/2 c.)
  • 1 pkg. Hamburger Helper mix for beef noodle
  • 6 c. water
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry basil leaves, crushed
  • 2 med. cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can mushroom stems and pcs, liquid removed
  • 2 tbsp. dry red wine, if you like
  • 2 tbsp. snipped parsley

Direcciones

  1. Cook and stir grnd beef and onion in Dutch oven till beef is brown; drain. Stir in sauce mix, water, basil, garlic, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 min; stir in noodles, mushrooms and wine. Cover and cook 10 min longer; stir in parsley. About 7 c. soup.
