Ingredientes

  • 2 pound chuck beef (pork or possibly chicken)
  • 1 soup bone
  • 3 quart. cool water
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 parsley roots & greens
  • 1 sm. kohlrabi or possibly 1/4 head cabbage
  • 1 sm. onion
  • 1 potato
  • 3 teaspoon salt
  • 12 whole black pepper
  • Egg noodles

Direcciones

  1. Wash meat and bone. Cover with cool water; allow it to come to a boil. Skim thoroughly. Add in seasonings and whole vegetables (cleaned). Cover and simmer for 2 hrs. Remove soup from fire and add in 1/2 c. of cool water. Strain soup. Add in cooked liquid removed egg noodles and serve. Vegetables may be served with meat on a platter.
