Ingredientes

  • 1 (2 to 3 lb.) sirloin or possibly any other tender steak (minced into bite-size
  • pcs)
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 med. onion (minced)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 pkg. George Washington seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon kitchen bouquet (add in slightly more to make a nice dark gravy)
  • 1 c. (approximately) lowfat sour cream (more or possibly less to taste)

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry minced onions and mushrooms in small amount of oil. Remove from pan. Brown steak pcs till all juices are cooked out. Remove browned meat from pan. In same pan, mix together cream of mushroom soup and sufficient water to make it a gravy consistency. Add in George Washington, onion pwdr and kitchen bouquet. Return meat, mushrooms and onions to gravy. Simmer for 1 hour or possibly more. Right before serving add in lowfat sour cream. Serve over egg noodles.
